Tullibardine 1993 Vintage Port Wood

Port matured single malt whisky; distilled 1993 and bottled 2008. Tullibardine Tulliebardine Distillery was designed by Wm Delmé-Evans and established in 1949 on the site of a 12th century brewery in Blackford village close to Gleneagles Hotel on the southern edge of Scotland’s Highland whisky region. Tullibardine Distillery produces a range of single malt whiskies and excellent whisky ales and visitors are welcome at the distillery visitor centre which has a café and offers distillery tours. Light, fragrant nose and crisp clean finish a delight to savour. The port finish edition adds a dash of richness to proceedings. Gives a final, gentle flourish in port pipes after et least 10 years maturation in oak casks.
