Tomintoul Distillery began production in 1965 in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region. Its four stills produce mainly lightly peated Tomintoul whisky. Tomintoul Distillery participates in the Speyside Whisky Festival and offers tours by appointment.
Nose: DELICATE, HONEYED-CREAM WITH LIGHT FLORAL MALT, HINTS OF WILD FENNEL AND A COMPLEX OF SWEETNESS.
Taste: ELEGANT, ROUND, SOFT AND GENTLE. DRY OAK VANILLAS AND A CLEAN MALT WITH SOME CREAMY SWEETNESS.
Finish: LONG AND CREAMY WITH PROCLIVITY TO DRYNESS & A SLIGHT PEPPERY TONE. TOMINTOUL WITHOUT IT'S CLOTHES ON.
