Tasting Notes
This Tomatin 36 year old edition is an exceptional dram which is vibrant, rich and warming on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruits layered with enticing spices from the Oloroso Sherry butts. Initially very soft on the palate, the fruity tones develop into intense waves of dark chocolate and gingerbread. The finish is long and gracefully balanced between sweet tropical fruits and drying winter spices. A very special dram indeed.

Today, it operates with eight stills out of its twelve. Nestled near the Cairngorms National Park at an altitude of 315m, it is Scotland's third-highest distillery, producing distinctive Highland single malts.
