Nose Red berries, honeyed malt, vanilla cream, and dark cherries with hints of toasted oak and soft spice. Palate Smooth and velvety, revealing flavours of raspberry compote, caramel, orchard fruits, milk chocolate, and warming port sweetness. Finish Long and elegant, with lingering berry fruits, oak spice, soft tannins, and gentle sweetness.

Distilled in December 2011 and bottled in January 2023, this elegant release showcases Tomatin’s naturally soft and fruity spirit character enhanced by the luxurious influence of fortified wine cask ageing.

Maturation in a Port Pipe adds vibrant layers of red berries, dark fruits, soft tannins, and warming spice to the whisky, complementing Tomatin’s signature notes of honeyed malt, orchard fruits, and creamy sweetness. Bottled in natural style without chill-filtration or added colour, this is a beautifully balanced Highland malt with excellent depth and richness.

Tomatin
Tomatin Distillery, founded in 1897, operated with just two stills until 1956, after which rapid expansions led to 23 stills by 1986, making it Scotland’s largest distillery at the time. Today, it operates with eight stills out of its twelve. Nestled near the Cairngorms National Park at an altitude of 315m, it is Scotland's third-highest distillery, producing distinctive Highland single malts. The official range includes the Tomatin 12 Year Old, 18 Year Old, and the peated Cu Bocan series, showcasing the distillery’s versatility and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
