Nose: A subtle burst of rum and raisin, with a defined malty nose. Hints of rich brown sugar and a Christmas cake edge linger. Sweet creme brulee influences develop. Taste: Hints of festive spices - mouth warming, some marzipan, almonds and a burst of stewed fruits. Smooth and very enjoyable.
