Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025, this year’s release is crafted from Bere Barley grown exclusively at Clochkiel Farm, continuing Springbank’s long-standing commitment to provenance, traditional farming, and true grain-to-glass whisky making. Matured in a combination of 60% bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks, this limited-edition single malt captures the earthy, cereal-rich character of Bere Barley while showcasing Springbank’s iconic oily, coastal, and subtly smoky style.

Springbank
Springbank Distillery, founded in 1828 in Campbeltown at the foot of the Mull of Kintyre, is renowned for its traditional methods and versatility. It produces three distinct single malts: Hazelburn (non-peated, triple distilled), Longrow (heavily peated, double distilled), and Springbank (medium peated, partially triple distilled with a 2.5-times distillation process). Barley is malted on-site using traditional malting floors, germinated, and dried on the perforated floor of the malt kiln. Popular releases include the Springbank 10 Year Old, 15 Year Old Local Barley, and the annual 21 Year Old, treasured by whisky enthusiasts.
