Tasting Notes
Subtle sherry aromas intertwine with walnut and cocoa powder. Ginger spice gives way to dried tobacco. Sweet honey flavours complement Medjool dates and demerara sugar. Seville orange peel comes to the fore alongside autumnal spices. A long finish with red apple, black pepper and menthol.

The Distillery
Speyburn
Speyburn Distillery, designed by Charles C. Doig and established in 1897, holds the distinction of being the first malt whisky distillery to install Drum Maltings, with the original setup still preserved as the last surviving example in Scotland. Located in the heart of Speyside, Speyburn operates with three stills, including two spirit stills connected to traditional worm tubs, delivering its signature character. The distillery features a dunnage warehouse for maturation and retains its iconic pagoda roof atop the old kiln house. Known for its smooth and approachable profile, the Speyburn 10 Year Old remains a popular core expression.
