Rock Town Arkansas Hickory Smoked American Whisky. Distilled from Arkansas Soft Red Winter Wheat – aged in ex-Bourbon casks – with a nice light smokey taste from real Hickory. Rock Town Rock Town Distillery was founded in 2010 with one mission, to make sure every possible element used to make Rock Town’s spirits comes from Arkansas. From the soft, red winter wheat for their gin, to the charred, white-oak barrels that store their bourbon. Bright fragrances of peach nectar, smoked meat, hickory and teaberry leaves. In the mouth a gentle smokiness gives way to alluring brown sugar and ripe peach flavors. The finish lingers on the palate offering woodsy characteristics.
