Taste: Soft vanilla, toasted oak, sherry nuttiness with a dusting of pot still spices, luscious fleshy fruit notes complete the creamy mouthfeel. Finish: Lingers, seemingly forever, to oak and pot still, spices and then the final bow from barley where it all began.
