Port Dundas 35 Year Old, bottled by Living Souls, is a beautifully mature Lowland single grain Scotch whisky from the long-closed Port Dundas distillery. Aged for over three decades in refill bourbon barrels, this release showcases the elegance and depth that extended maturation can bring to classic Scotch grain whisky.
Once one of Scotland’s largest grain distilleries, Port Dundas closed in 2010, leaving behind stocks that have become increasingly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts. Refill bourbon casks have allowed the spirit to evolve slowly and naturally, preserving its creamy vanilla character while developing layers of soft oak, coconut and gentle spice. Bottled at a robust 51.0% ABV, this expression balances maturity with vitality, delivering both richness and structure in equal measure.
A rare and characterful closed-distillery grain, offering a compelling combination of age, strength and Lowland refinement.
