Distilled six years before the Brechin stills fell silent (1983) and filled into a solitary refill bourbon hogshead, this rarely-seen malt matured for nearly four decades before Cadenhead’s drew it at natural cask strength for their Small Batch line. Non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, only 174 individually numbered bottles preserve North Port’s austere, cereal-rich character enriched by honeyed vanilla, citrus oils and polished oak spice.
