Palate: Full-bodied and well-rounded, featuring a harmonious blend of flavors including toffee, butterscotch, and vanilla. These flavors are interwoven with dried apricot, roasted nuts, and a gentle spiciness. The extended aging imparts additional complexity with hints of mature oak, brown sugar, and tropical fruit.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering impressions of sweet oak, dark chocolate, and a delicate hint of tobacco and leather. The finish is enhanced by a refined, persistent warmth and a subtle smokiness, showcasing the depth and sophistication developed over 27 years.
