Palate Textured and complex, with layers of briny malt, honeyed almonds, fig syrup, and gentle peat smoke, wrapped in a delicate dry nuttiness from the Palo Cortado casks.
Finish Long, savoury, and maritime with lingering spice, coastal salinity, and sherried warmth.

Distilled in 2011 and finished in first-fill Palo Cortado sherry hogsheads, this small-batch whisky was bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as Edition No. 59 in the 100-Proof Edition series. Bottled at 100 UK proof (57.1% ABV), and presented with natural colour and unchillfiltered, this release offers a refined and rare sherry finish with coastal depth.
