Nose Elegant and refined, with aromas of orchard fruits, honey, vanilla cream, citrus zest, and light oak spice.
Palate Smooth yet complex, delivering flavours of ripe apples, pears, malted barley, honey, and creamy vanilla, underscored by subtle herbs and Mortlach’s savoury depth.
Finish Long and balanced, with lingering fruit sweetness, soft oak spice, and Mortlach’s signature meaty richness.
