Nose: Bursts of raisin fudge, heather honey and orange zest rise above malted biscuit, cinnamon bark and a hint of toasted coconut.
Palate: A silky surge of toffee apple, fig jam and sweet malt glides across the tongue, chased by clove-spiked chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a bright citrus lift from the hogsheads.
Finish: Medium-long, warming and gently drying—lingering PX-soaked fruitcake, soft oak spice and a final flourish of vanilla-malt sweetness.
