Nose: Fresh and fragrant with heavy Sherry influences. More delicate fruity notes develop. With Water: Fresh and fragrant, highly floral - some violet notes. Sweetness is present with a subtle charred oak edge.
Palate: Heavy sweetness, very smooth and creamy, with a delicate spicy edge. Some nutty influences - Brazil nuts. With Water: Mouth warming - hint of ground black pepper, well balances and sweet.
