The influence of the 2nd fill Oloroso sherry casks is evident, offering a balanced sweetness of dried fruits, caramel, and a touch of toffee. Light spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, along with hints of malt and oak, add to the complexity.
Finish: Medium to long, with a pleasant warmth and a lingering sweetness. The finish is characterized by notes of dried fruit, soft spices, and a subtle oak influence, leaving a refined and satisfying aftertaste.
