Tasting Notes
Nose: Mellow ripe banana, honeycomb, apricot, and fresh pastry aroma fills the nose. A beautiful combination of fruity red apples, peaches, and layers of winey touches. Palate: Rich fruity dates, apricots and spicy cinnamon with figs, prunes, blood orange, nuttyalmonds and waves of vanilla. Extremely silky texture. Very well balanced and complex. Finish: Pleasant medium to long with sweet honey, subtle spices and nutty.

Lindores Abbey
Lindores Abbey Distillery, established in 2017 on the historic grounds of Lindores Abbey in Newburgh, Fife, Scotland, honors the site of the first written reference to whisky distillation in the country. Initiated in 2013, the project thoughtfully rebuilt the distillery, opening its Visitor Centre and commencing distillation in 2017. Lindores Abbey Distillery is set to release its inaugural single malt Scotch whisky in Summer 2021, featuring both commemorative bottlings and standard releases. Embracing Scotland’s rich whisky heritage, Lindores Abbey Distillery attracts enthusiasts seeking authentic and historically significant whiskies.
