Tasting Notes
NOSE Sweet vanilla and wood spice, smoke and TCP, though restrained, some smoked bacon, with underlying dried ruit added to the mix. FINISH Very long and layered, waves of rich smoke and a peppery conclusion. PALATE Very creamy and rich, with a full texture, peppery, spicy, iodine, saline and smokiness. There's also a little green apple fruit.
