Tasting Notes

Nose Elegant coastal peat, sea spray, iodine, toasted oak, citrus peel, and subtle vanilla sweetness. Palate Rich and mature, delivering flavours of smoky malt, charred embers, salted caramel, honeyed citrus, soft spice, and a hint of tropical fruit emerging with age. Finish Long, smoky, and gently warming, with lingering peat smoke, maritime salinity, and refined oak.
