This yellow gold coloured whisky is a beautifully sweet and dessert like on the nose with notes of caramel sauce over vanilla ice cream. It becomes fruity on the palate with honeydew melon and lemon meringue pie, along with a moreish waxiness. The finish is long, fruity, waxy and very satisfying.
