Tasting Notes

Nose Intense aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and dried plums, wrapped in waves of old leather and spiced wood. Palate Bold and sherry-laden with flavours of blackcurrant compote, molasses, and baking spices, lifted by hints of clove, charred oak, and treacle. Finish Long and warming, with enduring notes of sherry-soaked raisins, bittersweet cocoa, and a gentle smoky char.
