TWB Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich and complex, with a signature Jamaican funk. Prominent notes of overripe bananas, tropical fruits, and pineapple blend with rich molasses and dark brown sugar. Subtle hints of vanilla, cloves, and nutmeg add depth, alongside a touch of smoky oak and leather.
Palate: Full-bodied and robust, delivering a harmonious blend of flavors. The initial sweetness of caramel and toffee evolves into layers of dried fruits, including figs and dates. Mid-palate reveals complex notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and a spicy kick of black pepper and ginger.
Finish: Long, warm, and lingering. The finish is characterized by enduring notes of spiced oak, vanilla, and a slight smokiness. A persistent hint of dried fruits and a touch of herbal bitterness provide a balanced and satisfying conclusion.
