Tasting Notes

Nose: Plush raisin loaf, orange marmalade and polished oak swirl with blossom honey, cocoa dust and a hint of cinnamon stick. Palate: Silky bursts of fig jam, toffee apple and creamy malt coat the tongue, followed by clove-spiked chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a bright flash of candied citrus. Finish: Medium-long and gently warming—lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, soft oak spice and a final flourish of vanilla-malt sweetness.
Embrace sherry-soaked Speyside opulence with Glenrothes 14 Year Old – 2006 Vintage, Lady of the Glen “Myosotis.” Distilled at Rothes and nurtured full-term in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, this gorgeously rich malt was drawn at natural cask strength in November 2020. Only 68 individually numbered bottles left the cask—non-chill-filtered and natural in colour. Named after the forget-me-not (Myosotis), the whisky layers Glenrothes’s honeyed orchard fruit with waves of dark berries, chocolate and warming spice—ensuring it will not be forgotten.

Why We Think You’ll Love It

  • Full-term maturation in a first-fill Oloroso butt delivers decadent dried-fruit depth, chocolate richness and sweet spice.

  • 14 years balance Glenrothes’s orchard-fruit elegance with indulgent sherry complexity.

  • Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and natural colour—capturing full body, aroma and authenticity.

  • Ultra-limited release of just 68 bottles in Lady of the Glen’s collector-focused single-cask range—perfect for lovers of rare, richly sherried Speyside malts.

Pour a dram of “Myosotis” and enjoy an unforgettable marriage of honeyed fruit, opulent Oloroso and Speyside finesse—an exquisite whisky destined to linger in memory.
