Nose: Bursting with dark chocolate, heather honey and grilled almonds, with hints of sandalwood, ginger, orange zest, caramelised pecans and coconut shavings.
Palate: Waves of heather honey, cinnamon and crystalised ginger, followed by demerara sugar, dried dark berries, hazelnuts and fig syrup.

Hand-selected by Billy Walker himself, a parcel of 2007 spirit was reracked into freshly coopered Mizunara casks, where the porous, fragrant oak infused GlenAllachie’s honeyed Speyside core with waves of sandalwood, exotic spice and silky coconut. Bottled at a generous 48 % ABV, non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, this limited release captures the “present” chapter of Walker’s career: bold innovation balanced by meticulous wood management.

Glenallachie Distillery, located on the eastern edge of Ben Rinnes Mountain in Scotland’s prestigious Speyside whisky region, is renowned for its picturesque setting, often nestled within the snowline and exposed to the natural elements.
