Experience youthful vibrancy tempered by precision aging with GlenAllachie 13 Year Old – 2005 Vintage, Single Cask Batch #1. Drawn from Bourbon Barrel #16095 and released at natural cask strength, this ultra-limited Speyside single malt numbers just 178 individually-hand-written bottles. Thirteen years in first-fill American oak amplify GlenAllachie’s signature honey-malt DNA with bright bursts of orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and lively oak spice—bottled non-chill-filtered and natural in colour for a dram that crackles with authenticity.

Why We Think You’ll Love It:

  • Single-cask release from Bourbon Barrel #16095—only 178 bottles in existence.

  • 13 years of first-fill American-oak maturation deliver a lively balance of fruit, honey and creamy vanilla.

  • Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and natural colour for maximum depth and texture.

  • Showcases Billy Walker’s knack for pinpointing casks that magnify GlenAllachie’s orchard-fruit charm while adding vibrant oak complexity.

Add this rare GlenAllachie to your collection for a spirited Speyside snapshot—where bright fruit, sweet malt and bourbon-cask richness meet in perfect, limited-edition harmony.

The Distillery

Glenallachie
Glenallachie Distillery, located on the eastern edge of Ben Rinnes Mountain in Scotland’s prestigious Speyside whisky region, is renowned for its picturesque setting, often nestled within the snowline and exposed to the natural elements. Designed by architect William Delmé-Evans, the modern yet aesthetically pleasing distillery seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with the rugged beauty of its Highland surroundings. Commissioned in 1967 with two stills, Glenallachie expanded to four stills in 1989 to accommodate the growing demand for its distinctive Glenallachie malt whisky, a staple in many renowned whisky blends. While official distillery releases are limited, independent bottlers such as Signatory Vintage and Cadenheads offer a more extensive range of Glenallachie single malts, making them highly sought after by whisky enthusiasts and collectors. Glenallachie Distillery continues to uphold its reputation for quality and craftsmanship, contributing significantly to both single malt and blended Scotch whisky markets worldwide.
