Single cask hogshead #20296. One of 168 individually numbered bottles from the Bladnoch Forum series. A wonderfully, deep, earthy and rich Speyside malt whisky. Glen Grant Glen Grant Distillery is a Speyside malt whisky distillery situated in Rothes.  Established in 1840 by brothers James and John Grant, the business prospered and in 1897 Glen Grant No. 2 distillery was established across the road in order to meet the high demand for Glen Grant whisky. During the late nineteenth century a Victorian garden was laid out in the valley behind the distillery and is now open to distillery visitors. Glen Grant Distillery has a visitor centre and offers distillery tours. Glen Grant Distillery participates in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Aromas of orange fruit, marzipan, apricots in a light citrus. The palate, like the nose displays the earthy, mature vanilla laced orange fruit and dusty spices, followed by lively orange blossom and a distinctly peachy middle.

The Distillery

Glen Grant
Glen Grant Distillery, founded in 1840 by brothers James and John Grant, experienced such success that Glen Grant No. 2 was constructed across the road in 1897 to meet soaring demand for its Speyside malt whisky. Situated in Rothes and equipped with eight stills plus an on-site bottling plant, Glen Grant remains a cornerstone of Scottish whisky craftsmanship. Visitors can explore a meticulously maintained Victorian garden—created during the late 19th century—nestled in the valley behind the distillery. Over the years, Gordon & MacPhail has released exceptional vintage single malts from Glen Grant, including rarities dating back to the 1950s, underscoring the distillery’s enduring legacy and timeless appeal.
