AROMA WITHOUT WATER: Sherry, charred oak with leather and tobacco notes. Slightly resinous with oily aromas also present. TASTE WITHOUT WATER: Sweet, Sherry with green herbal flavours. A hint of dark chocolate and coffee. AROMA WITH WATER: Sherry wood with some peaty aromas. Delicate perfumed/floral note. Dried fruits - prunes and raisins. TASTE WITH WATER: Sherry wood again dominating but a smoky note emerges with some leafy, floral flavours. A touch of spices - cloves.
