Glen Garioch Scotch whisky distillery is one of Scotland’s oldest working malt whisky distilleries dating back to 1797. Glen Garioch is a Highland malt whisky distillery situated in the town of Inverurie and welcomes visitors. The location chosen by John & Alexander Manson for their malt whisky distillery in 1797 was an obvious one. Oldmeldrum in the celebrated Valley of the Garioch was named The Granary of Aberdeenshire - famous for producing the finest barley in Scotland.

NOSE: Sweet damp oak, traditional boiled sweets with freshly baked gingerbread
PALATE: Amazingly warming: scones with lashings of double cream, delicate spices (star anise) & green apples
FINISH: Zesty citrus fruits mingle with polished wood, vanilla cream & ginger
