Adding water brings out herbal notes and a growing complexity with flavors of citrus, liqueurs, marmalade, jams, genepy, and aniseed. The rum continues to improve over time, displaying a saga-like development. Finish: The finish is medium in length, with a pronounced aniseed character that lingers. It is noted for its evolving flavors, gaining complexity with the right proportions and timing
