Distilled in 2012 and bottled in July 2025, this small batch release was drawn from seven casks (#168–174). The influence of the renowned French dessert wine imparts a rich sweetness and decadent complexity. Limited edition of just 1,983 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose Lusciously sweet aromas of honeycomb, candied apricot, and baked peach tart, followed by hints of vanilla custard and white chocolate. Palate Creamy and elegant with notes of golden sultanas, toasted almonds, and lemon drizzle cake, wrapped in warming oak spice and buttery pastry. Finish Lingering and smooth with delicate waves of honeysuckle, spiced pear, and sweet malt.
