Palate Rounded and rich, with orchard fruits, citrus, vanilla cream and sweet malt alongside soft spice and a subtle buttery Chardonnay influence. Finish Smooth and gently warming, with lingering apple, lemon, vanilla, sweet oak and delicate wine cask richness.

Edradour’s naturally robust, malty style provides an excellent foundation for Chardonnay cask maturation. The first-fill wine hogsheads bring layers of ripe orchard fruit, lemon curd, vanilla and gentle creaminess, adding lift and richness while allowing the distillery’s fuller Highland character to remain at the centre of the whisky. The influence of St. Michael-Eppan Chardonnay casks introduces a beautifully rounded profile, with apple, pear and citrus balanced by soft oak, honeyed malt and subtle buttery notes.
