Nose Raisins, baked apple and orange peel with honeyed malt, dark chocolate, toasted nuts and rich sherry sweetness. Palate Full and rounded, with dried figs, fruitcake, caramel and chocolate alongside sweet malt, orchard fruits, cinnamon and warming oak spice. Finish Rich and warming, with lingering dried fruit, cocoa, roasted nuts, sweet malt and gently spiced sherry oak.

Distilled in 2016 and bottled in September 2026, this 10 year old Edradour was matured in single sherry butt #234, bringing together the distillery's robust Highland spirit with the rich fruit and spice of sherry-seasoned oak. Edradour's naturally full-bodied, malty character is particularly well suited to sherry cask maturation. Sherry butt #234 adds layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice alongside the distillery's characteristic sweet malt, orchard fruit and rich, slightly old-fashioned style. Presented as part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this release allows the texture and depth of the whisky to remain at the forefront.
