Palate: Silky bursts of fig jam, treacle toffee and sweet malt coat the tongue, followed by clove‑spiced chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a bright lift of candied citrus. Finish: Medium‑long, warming and gently drying—lingering sherry‑soaked fruitcake, mellow oak spice and a final flourish of vanilla‑malt sweetness.
