The Dalmore Rivers Collection is a four bottle series in aid of the charitable bodies safeguarding four of Scotland's most import Salmon rivers: The Dee, The Tweed, The Spey and The Tay. A donation is made to the charities from each bottle sale.
Alexander Mathieson established Dalmore Distillery in 1839 on the northern shore of the Cromarty Firth near Alness in Scotland’s Highland whisky region. Dalmore stills are unique, the wash stills have flat tops and water jackets encircle the necks of the four spirit stills. Visitors are welcomed at Dalmore malt whisky Distillery visitor centre where distillery tours are available. A participant in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.
Colour: honeyed gold. Nose: warm and inviting nuances of Seville oranges and crushed pear. Taste: spicy ginger, marmalade and cinnamon. Finish: nutmeg and toffee provide the perfect after taste.
