Tasting Notes

Nose Deep aromas of dark dried fruits, polished oak, and a touch of molasses, lifted by gentle spice. Palate Full-bodied and complex, offering flavours of figs, raisins, and toffee, balanced with walnuts, clove, and oak tannins. Finish Long, warming, and elegant, with lingering notes of espresso, bitter chocolate, and spiced fruitcake.
