Distilled in the summer of 2006 and bottled in 2018, this seasonal small-batch release was drawn from seven ex-bourbon barrels. With only 1,665 bottles produced, it showcases Daftmill’s farm-to-bottle approach, delivering orchard fruit freshness, honeyed sweetness, and bourbon cask richness.

Daftmill Distillery, established in 2003 by Francis and Ian Cuthbert just outside the historic market town of Cupar in Fife, is one of Scotland’s smallest single malt Scotch distilleries, producing around 20,000 litres of alcohol annually. The first spirit ran from its stills on December 16, 2005, and after years of patient maturation and growing anticipation among whisky enthusiasts, Daftmill unveiled its inaugural release in 2018.
