Tasting Notes
Nose: Lint, sweet dry fruits with hints of wood smoke or embers, a little tropical fruit also in teh mix. Palate: Rather sweet to start - pineapple and banoffee pie, oily sweet soft smoke. A nice mid palate. Finish: Rather nice balance in the finiosh with tangy soft smoke notes, vanilla and honey mingle to give the finish some elegance.
Cooley 11 Year Old* 1992 vintage Irish single malt whisky. Single barrel bottled 2019 by Cadenhead's for Cadenhead's Shop Set, this bottle commemorates the London shop. 198 bottles.
*This is a 26 year old Irish whisky which has matured in Ireland for 11 of those years.
