Tasting Notes
This old malt has a candied nose of custard powder, pears, apples and buttery shortbread. On the palate it is silky and sweet with toffee and butterscotch sauce followed again by apples and pears - this time with a slight spicy note. The finish is long and mouth drying with a pleasant, slightly sweet aftertaste.
