Distilled at Suntory’s Chita grain distillery in July 2011 and filled into a large virgin-oak puncheon, the spirit matured for just over four years before the SMWS bottled it at natural cask strength in 2014. Non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, only 622 individually numbered bottles were released, capturing Chita’s silky grain core super-charged with coconut cream, sweet spice and bright citrus zest.
