Nose: Cured bacon aromas lead to blueberry, strawberry, and apricot notes. A defined peat smoke edge is present. Palate: Smooth and tangy; tangerine, raspberry, and ripe banana flavours are complemented by milk chocolate. Bonfire embers linger on the finish.
