Tasting Notes

Nose: Like a New York sidewalk – toasted, sugared pecans and honey-roasted cashews, with a side of churros. Sweet tobacco and peat mingle with fruity red wine notes. Taste: Rich, lush and intense. Treacle toffee and burnt Demerara sugars against a backdrop of sweet peat and toasted marzipan; a phenolic crème brûlée drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze (a strange dessert choice, granted…).
