Distilled in 2009 and given a unique two-year secondary maturation in Sassicaia wine casks, this special release was bottled in June 2022, yielding 3,550 bottles. The influence of Italian wine oak brings vibrant red-fruit sweetness and herbal depth that beautifully complement Caol Ila’s clean coastal smoke and citrus character.
