TWB Tasting Notes:
Nose: The nose is an exquisite blend of refined aromas, starting with floral notes of honeysuckle and heather, intertwined with rich layers of honey and vanilla. Subtle hints of ripe tropical fruits, such as mango and pineapple, add a delightful freshness, while underlying notes of toasted oak and a whisper of maritime breeze evoke its Islay origins.
Palate: The palate is a harmonious symphony of flavors, exceptionally smooth and well-balanced. Initial sweet notes of butterscotch and caramel seamlessly merge with creamy vanilla and a touch of almond. The complexity deepens with flavors of ripe orchard fruits, including apples and pears, accompanied by a gentle hint of citrus zest. Delicate spices, such as cinnamon and nutmeg, enhance the richness without overpowering the inherent sweetness.
Finish: The finish is long, elegant, and satisfying, with the sweet and fruity notes gradually giving way to a gentle warmth of oak and spice. A lingering hint of coastal brine and a soft, earthy undertone provide a memorable and sophisticated aftertaste.
