The palate is luxuriously smooth and complex, delivering layers of sweet wine influences from the Monbazillac cask. Flavors of honeycomb, dried apricots, and sultanas are balanced with creamy vanilla custard. A gentle spice from the oak adds warmth, while traces of citrus zest and nutty toffee keep the experience vibrant and engaging.

The finish is long and silky, leaving behind lingering sweetness from the dessert wine cask.
