Tasting Notes
Nose: Subtle Sherry influences with butterscotch and raisin notes. A hint of chocolate is present. Taste: Smooth with hints of pepper initially. Cinnamon, prune, and ripe banana flavours develop, followed by hints of fresh raspberry and chocolate. Subtle charred oak on the finish.
