Tasting Notes
Nose: Waves of raisin syrup, toffee apple and orange marmalade roll over polished oak, roasted hazelnut and a wisp of chocolate powder.
Palate: Velvety swirls of treacle pudding, fig jam and chewy malt coat the tongue, followed by clove-spiced cocoa, toasted almond and a lift of candied citrus.
Finish: Long, warming and gently drying—lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, sweet oak tannin and a final flourish of nutty dark chocolate.

Blair Athol Distillery, established in 1798 in Pitlochry, ranks among the oldest working malt whisky producers in Scotland, spanning four centuries of whisky craftsmanship.
