Palate Rich and oily, revealing flavours of fruitcake, treacle, toasted nuts, cocoa, sweet barley, and warming Oloroso spice. Finish Long and satisfying, with lingering dried fruits, oak tannins, dark chocolate, and gentle baking spice.
