Palate: Silky floods of toffee cream, malt loaf and baked apple coat the tongue, chased by white-pepper warmth, almond brittle and a subtle hint of earthy smoke. Finish: Long, warming and gently drying—lingering malted biscuit, mellow oak spice and a final flourish of citrus zest and soft leather.

Ben Nevis Distillery is an iconic Highland malt whisky producer established by John McDonald in 1825 at Inverlochy, just north of Fort William, and situated at the foot of Ben Nevis—Scotland’s highest mountain. Renowned for its rich heritage, the distillery installed a Coffey Still in 1955, enabling simultaneous production of malt and grain whiskies until 1981.
