Nose: Thick swirls of raisin loaf, orange marmalade and polished oak mingle with salted caramel, cocoa nibs and a whisper of earthy smoke.
Palate: Velvety floods of treacle pudding, fig jam and chewy malt coat the tongue, followed by clove‑laced chocolate, roasted hazelnut and a bright twist of candied citrus.
Finish: Long, warming and gently dry—lingering sherry‑soaked fruitcake, mellow oak spice and a final flourish of nutty cacao.
